Q. Can I edit my logs?

Yes you can edit logs from both the dispatch/admin location and inside the cab of the vehicle.

Q. Am I going to be able to do what I am able to do now on my paper logs?

Yes. Anything that is possible with paper logs that are within the laws is also legal and possible on an electronic log.

Q. How do I train my drivers and employees?

In the customer portal every customer has access to a ton of good literature and videos describing the solution, how to use it, and how it can help your organization.

Q. How do I install the unit?

XRS is a true plug and play solution. Simply plug the the unit into the diagnostic port of the vehicle, and mount the relay unit on the dash.

Q. Can it do IFTA?

Yes the unit records mileage via the ECM. Also, our platform integrates with most fuel card companies.

Q. Can we notate on our Hour of Service records?

Yes. You can comment on your duty status changed and HOS records.

Q. Are my drivers allowed to use the unit while he is driving.

No. The driver cannot use the unit while he/she is driving. However, the device can convert text messages into speech so the driver can hear the message–but does not have to take his hands off the wheel.
